How can I view my order status?

Can I change or cancel an order?
We are unable to change or cancel orders once they are placed, but we do offer free return shipping. Please contact Customer Service for any questions or assistance.

What does a pre-order mean, and can I cancel a pre-order?
Pre-ordering reserves an item from an upcoming collection launch before it is available to ship. Each pre-order item is assigned a pre-order date to indicate when it is expected to ship. A pre-order can not be cancelled, but we do offer free return shipping. Please contact Customer Service for any questions or assistance.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept Apple Pay.

Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, our customer service team is happy to help place an order by phone and answer any questions you may have regarding our products. Visit our Contact Us section for details on how to contact H-D Collections Customer Service.

Do you charge sales tax?
Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders based on the shipping address. The sales tax amount is estimated until the order has shipped, and shipping confirmation has been sent.

Shipping and Tracking

What are the shipping options and delivery costs?
Standard: FREE – Arrives in 5-7 business days
2-Day Express: $17.95 – Arrives in 2-4 business days
Next-Day: $29.95 – Arrives in 1-2 business days

About Estimated Arrival Times

All orders are subject to authorization and approval. Estimated arrival times exclude weekends and holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or on U.S. holidays.

Standard shipping is provided via UPS and final delivery may be via the United States Postal Service. Standard orders will begin processing the next business day. Two-Day or Next-Day orders placed, authorized, and approved by 2 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday, will be processed the same day.

Can I ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address?
Yes, all shipments to military addresses are sent as standard ground service for free. Please note that APO/FPO/DPO deliveries can take up to 4-8 weeks as all orders are shipped via UPS and then transferred to USPS for transfer to the appropriate Military Post Office.

Do you ship outside the United States?
No, we currently only ship within the United States and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

How can I track my order?
Visit your account page to sign into your account and view a list of all orders. Tracking information is also available in your shipping confirmation email.

Can I pick up my order from a Harley-Davidson dealership?
No, H-D Collections orders cannot be picked up from a Harley-Davidson dealership.

Returns/Exchanges

How do I return or exchange an item?
H-D Collections items can be returned within 45 days of delivery date. For H-D Collections orders placed between November 1 and December 15, the return window will be extended from 45 days to 90 days of the shipping date to accommodate holiday gifting. Return shipping is free. All orders include a prepaid return shipping label in the packaging. If you need a new return shipping label, please contact Customer Service. All returned items must be in the original packaging and in their original condition. H-D Collections orders can not be returned to a Harley-Davidson dealership. For any other product-related issues, please contact our Customer Service team.

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item, we recommend returning your item and submitting a new order for your desired alternative.

Military Address Returns

Please contact us to initiate a return for an order originally shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO address. We'll provide you with shipping instructions and issue a return authorization number that must be clearly stated on the outside of the package you are returning. You will not be charged a return shipping fee.

Refund Information

Returns will be processed within 4 business days upon receipt to our warehouse. A refund of the merchandise purchase price and sales tax will be credited back to your original method of payment and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. We'll shoot you an email when your return is processed.

What products cannot be returned?
All Authorized Vintage items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Is there a cost to make a return?
Returns are free using the prepaid return label included in your order packaging. If you need a new return shipping label, please contact Customer Service.

How do I change or reset my account password?
Click on My Account and you will see an option for "Forgot Password" which will allow you to reset your password.

How do I unsubscribe from H-D Collections email updates?
There is a link at the bottom of our emails that you may click to manage your preferences.
